Visiting my friend who just moved to Daly City and we were looking for a coffee shop in walking distance of her place. Stumbled across Fog City Cafe and we are now making this a regular place to visit. The service was great, and the food came out fast and warm. We got the French toast, Egg Panini, and Bagel Sandwich and they did not disappoint. In her words the French toast was the best she had had and better than any restaurant charging double for a half portion. Our drinks were fantastic as well. We definitely will be returning

Cute coffee shop for breakfast dates, saw a lot of customers here for a weekday morning! Street parking is available outside of the cafe or you can park in the neighborhoods nearby, just be mindful to the residents Food here is like comfort food and hits the spot! I also got a horchata frappe which I enjoyed. Prices are reasonable. Staff at this cafe are attentive and very nice! I recommend this cafe to those looking for a down to earth, casual breakfast spot.

What a lovely place- lunch was great. On a busy street but you'd never know it.. . Nice melodies playing just loud enough to be relaxing. Several other diners- all having something that looks tasty. One little boy saying Mama, Mama waiting for a to go order. Makes me smile- he's a cutie. It comes out quickly- off they go. A neighborhood place, not much parking but amazingly we find a space. Lots of choices-several other salads and many breakfast choices. Lots of coffees and drinks to choose. Clean, friendly, healthy food... they"ve been open 4 years! I have to come back.

Great ambience, nice music, 10 tables, counter and large window looking out. Small sitting area for to-go orders. Large Menu, French toast breakfast looks great- they have a "demo" example. Chose the tuna melt sandwich with salad (fries available)- great tasting seasoned tuna na, sandwich topped with cheese - 2 open face pieces the and salad fills the plate. Looks nice, tastes great. Latte was rich creamy, just the right amount of foam, large cup. Now: I'm Full and happy. I will be back.

If you want a quiet, simple breakfast with great service, this is a wonderful little spot! It's very cozy inside, and you order at the cash register. The staff was super kind and helpful, and our breakfasts were delicious. I recommend if you want a more chill and lowkey breakfast!

My GF and I have been coming to this café, ever since we moved in together. It's been a cool spot to eat while working or job searching or writing... My GF and I tried some of their dishes. My favorite has got to be that Avocado Toast with eggs, that my GF first ordered, with a side of their house potatoes. My GF really liked their Couscous salad. She loved the dressing and the different textures. I'm not a fan of Couscous but I was surprised that it tasted good in a salad. I'm not a salad girlie...but this salad I could definitely stomach down. Another one of our favorites is the Baleada. I mean, what's not to like in that: the gooey cheese, beans, scrambled eggs, chorizo. The drinks are also good. Our go-to's are any of the lattes with oat milk. I think the real reason why we like them is because of their service. The staff are really nice and take their time to answer all your questions. I see how they interact with other customers. They are quick to clean and set the table for the next person. Their space isn't that big but can hold a lot of people; they accommodated a table of 11 the last time we went. And there is even a little couch in the front side of the café. I recommend this spot to a group of friends who want to catch up, the person who wants to buy a drink, sit down and read or even a family who wants to have some good food in a place that feels so homey. This place deserves five stars, for sure.

Have come here a couple of times but finally had the time to review this place! Great, wholesome food here and not too expensive. This time I got one of their sandwiches that was on special, a buffalo chicken sandwich that was ~$13. It came with a side salad but I also got a side of potatoes ($4.50). The sandwich was well done: bread was crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. The chicken was well seasoned and worked well with the buffalo sauce. The potatoes were a little mushy, but overall had a great smoky taste. I'd definitely come back to try some more of their breakfast items!

Decided to chill here while waiting for my mom to arrive at SFO on an early morning. Pretty standard cafe mocha (straightforward taste). First time having a baleada. Really liked the tortilla, which was soft and hearty. The scrambled eggs and refried beans made the baleada quite a satiating breakfast. The cashier lady was super sweet. As several other Yelpers have mentioned, parking is on the street and finding a spot is a bit dicey. Overall nothing really groundbreaking but still such a nice little cozy cafe with friendly vibes for locals to enjoy. Rating: 4-ish stars rounded up!
